Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté onion and mushrooms until tender, then add garlic and thyme, cooking briefly.

- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk, seasoning with salt.
