Method
- Season steak strips with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add steak, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Add rice and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes, until rice is cooked.
- Stir in cream cheese, queso quesadilla cheese, and milk until melted and creamy.
- Return steak strips to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the steak seasoning.
