  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, rice, soup, sour cream, cheese, and vegetables in a bowl.
  3. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving.
