- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Season steak with salt and pepper, sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side, then rest and slice.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, add heavy cream and simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add reserved pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
- Slice steak, combine with pasta in the skillet, toss to coat, and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Serve the creamy steak pasta with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
