Method
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan; add tortellini and coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving.
