Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook noodles, then drain.
  2. Mix tuna, soup, peas, milk, cheese, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add noodles to the mixture and combine. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can substitute fresh peas or different cheeses for variety.
