- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Cook diced chicken in olive oil until browned, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Stir in cream, Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix pasta with sauce and chicken, transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
