- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the salmon 1-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and keep warm.
- In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, add salt, basil, cayenne, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan, spinach, and chopped basil. Return salmon to the pan and heat through. Serve immediately.

Serve with pasta, rice, or a green salad for a complete meal.
