Cashew Cream
  • 1/2 cup cashew cream
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Spinach
  • 2 cups spinach fresh

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Mix cashew cream with minced garlic and cooked pasta.
  3. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
