Ingredients
  

Pasta and Protein
  • 200 g penne pasta
  • 200 g chicken breast, diced
Sauce and Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook the penne pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Cook diced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
