- Cook the penne pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Cook diced chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
