Ingredients
  

Green Beans
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over green beans and roast for 5 more minutes.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon or a sprinkle of additional Parmesan.
