Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-side down
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • chopped green onions chopped green onions for garnish
  • sesame seeds sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Brush salmon with the glaze and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Broil for 2 minutes for a crispy top, then brush with remaining glaze.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Ensure not to burn the glaze during broiling for best flavor.
