Method
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken wings and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove wings and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy wings, pat them dry with paper towels before marinating and air frying.
