Method
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Mix soup, tomatoes, broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.
- Add rice on top; do not stir. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- In last 30 minutes, add peas and carrots if using.
- Shred chicken, stir everything, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, use fresh herbs or spices as desired.
