Ingredients
  

potatoes, onions, garlic
  • 1.5 pounds potatoes chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
ground beef
  • 1 pound ground beef cooked and browned
cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
seasoning
  • to taste seasoning salt, pepper, herbs

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine cooked beef, chopped potatoes, onions, garlic, soup, cheese, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Spray crock pot, transfer mixture, and spread evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Check potatoes for tenderness, stir, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices of your choice.
