  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix about 1 oz
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef, drain fat.
  2. Combine beef, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and beef broth in crockpot.
  3. Add uncooked pasta, ensure it's submerged.
  4. Place cream cheese cubes on top without stirring.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
  7. Serve warm, garnish if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the crockpot.
