- Add chicken, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, and sesame oil to the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken, add stir-fry vegetables, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles and serve.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of sriracha or red pepper flakes with the sauces.
