Method
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked.
- Remove chicken and shred. Return to crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
Notes
For a creamier chili, stir in a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream before serving.
