Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and sprinkle with seasonings.
  2. Pour in chicken broth or water.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with forks and mix back into juices.
  5. Serve in tacos, salads, or as a main dish.
