Method
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt.
- Gradually add dry to wet; mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for at least 30 mins. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 12-15 mins.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough before baking.
