Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast nuts for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Combine nuts, dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt in a food processor.
- Process until finely ground and sticks together.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Press firmly into a lined 8x8 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with extra sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
