Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil or butter.
- Whisk eggs, half of the sugar, almond milk, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip bread slices into the mixture, then cook on the skillet for 3-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
Use fresh cinnamon for best flavor.
