Ingredients
  

Bread and Dairy
  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 8-10 eggs eggs
  • 1.5 cups half and half
Cheese and Protein
  • to taste cheese shredded
  • protein, like beef sausage protein (e.g., beef sausage) cooked and sliced

Method
 

  1. Line a 9×13” baking pan with bread cubes.
  2. Mix eggs with half and half and pour over bread.
  3. Add cheese and cooked protein on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes until set.
