Ingredients
  

Eggs and Dairy
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
Cheese and Vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or onions)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl, then stir in cheese, vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
  5. Cool briefly, then slice and serve warm.
