  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices slices turkey bacon
  • 1 packet packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 lb pounds ground beef
  • 2 cups cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon spices mixed
  • 1 bunch bunch spinach
  • 1 cup cup artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 cup cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 2 pieces jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 1 lb pounds Italian beef sausage

Method
 

  1. Layer chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, crispy turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Bake until cooked.
  2. Sauté beef slices and broccoli with ginger-garlic sauce. Freeze portions.
  3. Roast cauliflower until tender, then top with cheese, heavy cream, and mustard. Bake until bubbly.
  4. Mix ground beef, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, and spices. Freeze in portions.
  5. Arrange salmon with garlic, lemon, and butter on foil. Seal and freeze.
  6. Combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Spread over chicken, roll, and freeze.
