- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut squash in half, scoop seeds, and roast cut side down for 30-40 mins.
- Scrape flesh into strands, mix with marinara and ricotta.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with cheeses, and bake 15-20 mins until bubbly.
- Garnish with basil before serving.
