Method
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and marinade to the skillet and cook until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha.
