  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, broccoli, rice, soup, sour cream, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or thyme.
