Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and ginger to make the glaze.
- Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper. Sear skin-side down in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip salmon, pour half of the glaze over, then transfer to oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Optional: brush with remaining glaze or pour over before serving. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best texture.
