Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box stove top stuffing mix 6 oz box
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, soup, broth, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir in vegetables.
  3. Prepare stuffing as per package instructions.
  4. Spread chicken mixture in a greased 9x13 dish. Top with stuffing and cheese if desired.
  5. Bake covered for 25 mins, then uncovered for 10-15 mins until golden. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add more cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
