  • 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or similar)
  • 1.5 pounds cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 15 ounce Alfredo sauce
  • 10.75 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, soup, milk, cheese, and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Stir well to coat pasta.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until pasta is tender and top is golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
