  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup dark soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup sweet soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup raw honey
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin

Method
 

  1. Mix onion powder, paprika, and cumin; rub over ribs.
  2. Mince garlic and combine with soy sauces and honey; brush over ribs, reserving some marinade.
  3. Cut ribs in half and place in slow cooker; cook on low 7-8 hours.
  4. Brush ribs with reserved marinade every hour.

Notes

For extra flavor, broil the ribs for a few minutes after slow cooking.
