Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 pieces eggs
Flour
  • 1 cup flour
Milk
  • 1 cup milk
Salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs until frothy.
  2. Add flour, milk, salt, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a hot, buttered 9×13” pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffy.
  5. Slice and serve with syrup and berries.

Notes

Serve immediately for best puffiness and flavor.
