  • 1 lb fresh strawberries large and firm
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs Optional
  • Easter sprinkles crushed mini eggs, or pastel sanding sugar for topping

Method
 

  1. Prep Your Berries: Rinse and dry strawberries. Slice off tops and carve out a cone-shaped hollow.
  2. Whip Up the Dreamy Filling: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Pipe It Pretty: Spoon filling into a piping bag or zip-top bag with a snipped corner.
  4. Fill & Decorate: Pipe filling into each strawberry. Add toppings immediately.
  5. The Chill Factor: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the filling.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
