Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and add oil, eggs, vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon or a handful of chocolate chips.
