  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth

Method
 

  1. Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use homemade beef broth. You can also add vegetables like carrots or celery for extra nutrients.
