- Cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade beef broth. You can also add vegetables like carrots or celery for extra nutrients.
