Method
- Cook and crumble the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once cooked, drain any grease.
- Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well, then add gravy mix (with water), sour cream, and mushroom soup. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, then stir in parsley.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and combine with the beef mixture. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a fresher taste, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
