Cake Mixes
  • 1 box Pink Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 box Blue Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 box French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 12 eggs eggs 4 for each cake mix
  • 0.67 cup buttermilk replace the amount on box, add splash of vinegar
  • 2 sticks butter 1 for each cake mix
  • 0.33 cup oil for French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • to taste Wilton Ready to use Decorating Icing for white frosting
  • regular size Marshmallows
  • your favorite Sprinkles
  • mini pieces Mini Marshmallows
  • white sprinkles White Sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Mix each cake batter separately and fill decorator bags.
  2. Line muffin pan with liners, fill 3/4 full with each batter, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 13-15 minutes.
  3. Cool cupcakes, then cut marshmallows diagonally, dip in sprinkles, and set aside.
  4. Dip mini marshmallows in water, add white sprinkles, and assemble bunny ears and tails on cupcakes.
  5. Pipe or spread frosting on cupcakes, then decorate with marshmallow ears and tails.

Notes

Use a piping bag for precise decoration and refrigerate cupcakes if not serving immediately.
