Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauces
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Garnish
  • optional Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Mix cooked pasta, marinara, ricotta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with basil if desired, then serve.
