Method
- Chop all vegetables and mix with seasonings, then layer in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and dollops of ricotta and gouda.
- Cover and freeze the assembled casserole for up to 4 months.
- When ready to bake, thaw in the fridge, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 90 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy cauliflower bake!
