Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup smoked gouda cheese
  • 1 cup pasta
Seasonings and Extras

Method
 

  1. Chop all vegetables and mix with seasonings, then layer in a baking dish.
  2. Top with shredded cheese and dollops of ricotta and gouda.
  3. Cover and freeze the assembled casserole for up to 4 months.
