Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Cook sausage until browned, add marinara and Italian seasoning, simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta, sausage mixture, ricotta, and half of mozzarella.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with basil if desired.
Notes
You can add extra vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for more nutrition.
