Ingredients
  

Chicken and Rice Mixture
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, vegetables, rice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheese, and sprinkle breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.
