  • 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 oz Ranch Salad Dressing mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1.5 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 0.25 cup butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix chicken, Ranch seasoning, cheddar, bacon, sour cream, and soup. Spread in dish.
  3. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter, sprinkle over mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until golden.

Notes

For a crispier topping, broil for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
