Easy Chicken Zucchini Bake

Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 900 g pommes de terre
  • 1200 g carottes
  • 1200 g potimarron
  • 350 g panais
  • 200 g pousses d’épinards
  • 5 pieces oignons jaunes
  • 4 cloves gousses d’ail
  • 400 g filet mignon de porc cut into strips
  • 150 g dés de turkey bacon
  • 300 g pâtes sèches
  • 230 g riz basmati
  • 70 g concentré de tomates
Dairy & Eggs
  • 30 cl lait
  • 20 cl crème liquide
  • 100 g fromage râpé
  • 4 pieces œufs
Nuts & Seeds
  • 30 g noix
Other
  • 1 kg filet mignon de porc cut into strips

Method
 

  1. Cook beef in olive oil until browned, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare vegetables: peel and cut potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables; roast on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and herbs for 30 minutes.
  3. Layer cooked vegetables and turkey bacon in a greased baking dish, pour mixture of milk, cream, and cheese, top with cheese, and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  4. Sear chicken strips in a pan with oil, season, then cook with onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and spices under pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook rice and pasta separately; store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
