Method
- Cook beef in olive oil until browned, season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare vegetables: peel and cut potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables; roast on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and herbs for 30 minutes.
- Layer cooked vegetables and turkey bacon in a greased baking dish, pour mixture of milk, cream, and cheese, top with cheese, and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Sear chicken strips in a pan with oil, season, then cook with onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and spices under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Cook rice and pasta separately; store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
