Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Press each square into a mini muffin tin, add brie and cranberry sauce, then brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
Use a sharp knife to cut the puff pastry evenly for uniform bites.
