Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, orange juice, and orange zest; mix well.
- Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in cranberries, pour batter into pan, and bake 50-60 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
