  • 4 whole Whole Wheat Tortillas for burritos and wraps
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice for bowls and casseroles

Method
 

  1. Cook chicken, rice, and vegetables. Assemble burritos and casseroles, then freeze in individual portions.

  3. Wrap tortillas and breakfast items, then freeze. Thaw and reheat as needed.
