Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional) fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pat chicken dry, brush with melted butter and olive oil, then dredge in Parmesan mixture.
  4. Arrange chicken in dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  5. Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Parmesan or herbs before serving.
