Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pcs onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauerkraut
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
  • as needed Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until softened, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix in sauerkraut, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, spread mashed potatoes on top, and sprinkle cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
