Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in gluten-free flour and optional add-ins until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
